Your donation is tax-deductible and you will receive a receipt. After you give, we provide a donation receipt that you can use for your income tax filing, to the extent allowed by law.
3C Community Clinic is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations support our charitable mission of providing affordable health care to the community.
You can request a year-end giving statement at any time. We securely keep records of all donations and can provide a consolidated annual statement or duplicate receipts for your tax or personal records whenever you need them.
